All of our BLEM parts are fully functional but sport a minor visual blemish in the coating. If the coating job is defective, the parts are sent back for a re-coat and will NOT be sold as BLEM. The most common blemish is a thin discolored line where the part was hung for coating. Other blemishes could include coating scratches, chips or blemishes on portions of the part that is usually not visible once installed. 

Any coated part could be subject to lines. When the variation in color is too noticeable to pass our standards, we will consider the part BLEM and sell it at a discount.
